Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards;
- In-depth knowledge and application of IFRS 16 standards;
- Preparation of monthly and annual IFRS reports;
- Preparation of internal management reports;
- Collection, analysis, and interpretation of financial data;
- Preparation and management of the General Ledger, handling approximately 10,000-12,000 transactions monthly;
- Monthly financial reporting to the parent company;
- Participation in annual external and internal audits;
- Budget analysis and cost control management;
- Support in the transition to a new ERP system;
- Monitoring activities within the reporting process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus);
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards;
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing;
- Proven experience with IFRS 16
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel (experience with ERP systems is an advantage);
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good communication and English fluency;
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
