About the Role
- We are looking for a Technical Key Account Specialist to join our team at Systemair Azerbaijan. This role blends technical knowledge with a client-oriented mindset and focuses on supporting HVAC design consultants and project partners throughout the lifecycle of HVAC projects. You will be responsible for building relationships, preparing technical offers, and supporting project tracking with an emphasis on delivering value through strong technical insight.
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and build strong relationships with HVAC design consultants on a monthly basis.
- Provide technical support to consultants during the design phase, including product selection and technical solution.
- Prepare and follow up on technical quotations based on project needs.
- Support in project design evaluation, equipment specification, and solution proposals.
- Track project pipelines and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution.
- Reach assigned KPIs and performance targets.
- Maintain knowledge of Systemair’s product portfolio and general HVAC system solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, ventilation principles, and technical documentation.
- Previous experience working with design institutes, consultants, or technical sales is preferred.
- AutoCAD knowledge and experience is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus).
- A business-minded and solution-driven approach to working with clients.
- Strong HVAC design knowledge and experience with BOQ/spec preparation is a bonus.
