Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure executing the projects according to the plan, ensuring milestones are met and goals are achieved.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays promptly.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle, adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards as well as best benchmarkings.

Contractor management

  • Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and select suitable contractors for various projects.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of contractors, considering their experience, capabilities, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with selected contractors, ensuring terms are favorable to Hotel Management Holding.
  • Monitor contractor performance, tracking key performance indicators and milestones.

Budget Management:

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Track and report on project costs, providing regular updates to management.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure regular inspections and assessments are made to verify project quality.
  • Evaluate the contractors' work and ensure works are on track.
  • Address any deviations from quality standards promptly and work with contractors to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, master degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the hospitality industry, with a successful track record of managing complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools.
