We are in search of an experienced Hotel General Manager for Prestigious Hotel in Shamakhi to lead our pre-opening and operational efforts. He/she ensures the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Company and ensures that the various departments are profitable and runs according to the standards and defined targets for the Hotel. 

Key Qualifications:

• Proven international experience as a Hotel General Manager, with a focus on successful pre-openings.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Oversee the pre-opening phase of the hotel, including planning, recruitment, and setup.
• Establish operational policies and procedures for the hotel's pre-opening and post-opening phases.
• Develop and implement pre-opening marketing and promotional strategies.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of international experience in hotel management, with a focus on pre-opening projects.
• Proven experience in successfully launching and managing pre-opening activities.
• Proficient in Azerbaijani and English.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in team management.
• Knowledgeable in financial analysis and budget management.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work hours.
