- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience Room Division Manager.
- System Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Opera Fidelio systems.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Personality: Positive, approachable, and able to inspire a team.
