Description
- Oversee kitchen operations across multiple boutique hotel properties within the cluster.
- Develop and implement creative menus aligned with each hotel’s concept and brand identity.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards across all outlets.
- Lead, mentor, and train culinary teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage food cost, inventory control, supplier relations, and kitchen budgets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with hotel management on seasonal promotions, special events, and guest experiences.
- Monitor market trends and introduce innovative culinary concepts and techniques.
- Optimize kitchen efficiency, staffing, and productivity across all properties.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of culinary leadership experience, preferably within luxury or boutique hotels.
- Previous experience as Cluster Executive Chef is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and modern culinary trends.
- Proven ability to manage multi-property culinary operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong financial and cost-control management abilities.
- Culinary degree or professional certification preferred.
- Fluency in Azerbaijan and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
