Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by expanding school partnerships and extracurricular offerings.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis to ensure program profitability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships to diversify revenue streams.
- Oversee program quality, innovation, and scalability across schools.
- Recruit, develop, and manage instructors and coordinators.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with school leaders, vendors, and parents.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Management, Finance, or Education (Master’s preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in management, business development, or education services.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, revenue growth, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
