Responsibilities

• Develop creative visual concepts and design solutions for assigned brands and projects.
• Create high-quality digital and print materials including social media content, advertising creatives, presentations, branding assets, and marketing materials.
• Lead the visual direction of campaigns and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Content Specialists, Motion Designers, and Marketing teams to deliver effective creative outputs.
• Translate marketing objectives and client briefs into compelling visual designs.
• Review and maintain design quality standards across projects and provide creative guidance when needed.
• Prepare files for production and coordinate with suppliers, printers, and external partners when required.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Contribute innovative ideas that enhance brand communication and campaign performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
• Minimum 4–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, social media, and campaign design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition principles.
• Experience working with multiple brands and managing diverse design projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform ideas into impactful visual solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to receive feedback constructively and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of motion design, video editing, or AI-powered creative tools is considered an advantage.
• Azerbaijani and Russian language are required; and English is considered strong advantages.
• Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
