UHY LLC is seeking a motivated and qualified Tax Manager for the Tax Team, with a degree in Accounting, Finance or Taxation. We offer a stimulating and rewarding work environment, fostering teamwork and a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outsourced and consulting services to companies in accordance with tax laws, regulations, and sector-specific tax rules
- Prepare financial statements based on client requirements (including statements of financial position, profit and loss, and cash flows for both local and foreign enterprises)
- Supervise, mentor, and train Tax staff; drive continuous improvement in accounting processes
- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Review, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounts; initiate transactions to correct misstatements
- Conduct tax reviews for clients to ensure alignment with tax legislation and identify tax risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- At least 5 years of work experience in taxation
- Professional accountant certification (PMS) is a must
- Professional qualification (ACCA) is an advantage
- Experience with accounting software (1C Accounting)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Tax systems and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and advisory skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both English and Russian is an advantage
