What you’ll do:
- Map the employee journey – from onboarding to exit
- Launch solutions: onboarding bots, knowledge bases, interface tools
- Automate HR processes – fast, easy, and transparent
- Optimize internal platforms: intranet, FrontService, corporate portals
- Implement services that simplify the employee path and increase engagement
- Work with HRM systems and integrate digital tools
- Manage projects from idea to launch – with ownership for quality and deadlines
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management in HR, digital, or EX-related roles
- Understanding of employee journey logic and touchpoints
- Experience with HR tools, platforms, and knowledge bases
- Background in process automation and digital transformation
- Strong communication skills: brief, plan, deliver, follow up
- A user-first mindset, systems thinking, and attention to detail
- Language skills: AZ / RUS / ENG are a plu
