Job Purpose:

If you are ready for developing the execution strategy, building and executing customer strategies and business plans on a regional/category basis, establishing and implementing short to mid-term customer development plans and growth strategies, then this role is just for you!
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

  • Support channel & customer activation plans 
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts and monthly/annual targets
  • Help develop and track trade & consumer promo plans
  • Monitor stock levels and support coordination with Supply Chain
  • Provide data analysis for pricing, volume forecasts, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams on routine tasks
  • Business case preparation and analytical reports

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, category, or trade marketing (or internship experience)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Confident MS Office user
  • Good communication skills; English at upper intermediate or higher
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a matrix environment
