Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and feasibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IA/RPA projects.
• Perform feasibility assessments and provide recommendations on IA/RPA implementation.
• Participate in design and implementation of Intelligent Automation/RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of IA/RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate seamless adoption of RPA technologies.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in IA/RPA/AI technology.
• Complete required internal trainings provided via internal online learning platform and continually progress on learning path in subject area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on business process automation, product management, process design and optimization.
• Familiarity with RPA tools and technologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English languages
• Certifications in project management is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
