The company is currently looking for a Legal Consultant to join its team and support in various legal projects, including:
- conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda;
- reviewing and drafting legal documents;
- assisting with corporate and commercial matters;
- supporting migration and employment-related procedures; and
- contributing to various cross-border and client advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Support UTB Legal team in provision of legal advice to international clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues;
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal opinions, and advisory memoranda;
- Support tax, compliance, and governance-related projects in coordination with internal teams;
- Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on clients’ operations;
- Communicate with state authorities when required.
Requirements
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent);
- Minimum 3 years in consulting industry and ability to work with clients;
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage);
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
