Position Overview:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Hose Warehouse Manager to lead our hose storage and distribution operations specifically for the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse management, a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: 

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of hoses and related products used in oil and gas applications.

Team Leadership: 

• Lead and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability, while promoting best practices in material handling and inventory management.

Inventory Control: 

• Maintain precise inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and implement advanced inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.

Quality Assurance: 

• Ensure that all hoses meet industry standards and quality specifications. Manage the handling of returns and damaged products in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Safety Compliance: 

• Enforce safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

Process Improvement: 

• Analyze warehouse operations and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.

Collaboration: 

• Work closely with procurement, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on inventory needs and product specifications for projects in the oil and gas sector.

Reporting: 

• Prepare detailed reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance metrics for management review.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on hose products or materials relevant to the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations specific to the oil and gas sector.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to improve warehouse operations.
