We are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable Electrical Site Supervisor for our ongoing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works on-site and ensuring that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved procedures and standards. The candidate will also participate in BOQ preparation, site inspections, and preliminary cost estimation activities.

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise execution of electrical and related works on-site
• Conduct and oversee Risk Assessments (RA/JSA)
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and site personnel
• Monitor execution of works in line with approved procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment on-site
• Coordinate effectively with client representatives and internal teams
• Prepare daily reports on work progress
• Identify and resolve safety and technical issues in a timely manner
• Prepare BOQs and calculate work quantities
• Conduct site inspections and prepare preliminary assessments for upcoming works
• Participate in cost estimation and pricing activities for projects

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor
• Practical knowledge of PTW systems, Risk Assessment (RA/JSA), and HSE procedures
• Experience in BOQ preparation and preliminary cost estimation is an advantage
• Strong site management and team coordination skills
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, good command of English; Russian is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office
