Vexium LLC is fast growing freight forwarding company in the International Logistics company, is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to optimize our daily logistics operations. This role is essential for ensuring efficient transportation and distribution of materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations
- Plan the most optimal routes for shipments
- Negotiate with carriers and obtain the best conditions
- Ensure timely and trouble-free execution of customer orders
- Anticipate risks and make operational decisions
- Monitor market prices and find more profitable solutions
- Work with the team to make processes more efficient
- Prepare reports and analyze results
Conditions:
- Location: Baku city
- Salary: 1000 - 1500 AZN

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics, supply chain, or transportation management;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Deep understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, excellent communication skills, a high level of service mentality.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English and Russian (written and spoken)
