Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing and managing cooperation with international suppliers
• Organizing procurement of commercial goods (non-food / FMCG)
• Coordinating import processes and monitoring customs documentation
• Conducting market research and identifying new suppliers
• Preparing contracts and leading negotiations on prices and conditions
• Controlling procurement budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Assessing risks and developing alternative sourcing options

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international procurement
• Knowledge of international markets and import procedures
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement-related software
