Position: Sales Manager - Polymer Sales & Sourcing CIS Countries (MDB Ölkeleri)
Objective:
To identify and cultivate new business opportunities while proactively expanding Vinmar's customer base within the CIS Region, focusing on polymer products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Maintenance: Oversee Polymer sales and sourcing efforts in CIS region, actively managing product lines such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC, and PET.
- Experience Requirement: A strong sales background within a trading company is essential, ideally between 7 to 10 years, with prior experience related to CIS customers market.
- Strategic Development: Formulate and execute sales and trading strategies informed by market trends and customer relationships, aligned with the directives from the Regional Director.
- Account Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities by targeting specific accounts in the assigned region to drive sales growth.
- Sales Objectives: Meet or exceed annual sales objectives, focusing on volume and profitability targets.
- Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned territory to facilitate new business opportunities for sourced products.
- Prospecting and Reporting: Conduct initial company introductions effectively and engage in regular outreach to existing and prospective clients through calls and visits; prepare comprehensive visit reports with actionable follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with logistics and finance teams to meet customer expectations in the region.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and report on competitive activities and market dynamics within the region.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, with educational focus in Chemistry regarded as a plus.
- Sales Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience within the plastics raw materials sector.
- Professional Traits: An individual who is self-motivated, aggressive, and results-oriented, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious targets.
- Organizational Skills: Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong creative problem-solving capabilities.- **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills, effective in interactions across all levels within the company, with suppliers, customers, and professional organizations.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in the Russian language (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
