Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users;
- Receive, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests through the ticketing system;
- Install, configure, maintain, and provide technical support for Windows 10/11 and Windows Server operating systems;
- Provide user support for Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft 365 services;
- Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD);
- Administer mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and other email services in a Microsoft Exchange Hybrid environment;
- Create and manage shared folders, file sharing, and NTFS/Share permissions on File Servers;
- Perform initial configuration of users, extensions, and IP phones in the 3CX IP PBX system;
- Perform first-level troubleshooting of user and network issues in FortiGate, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP environments;
- Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN connectivity issues;
- Install, configure, and provide technical support for network printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices;
- Perform basic administration of virtual machines in the VMware ESXi environment;
- Monitor and perform basic administration of Veeam Backup solutions;
- Participate in endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, WSUS, and SCCM/MECM;
- Assist in the implementation and administration of Group Policy (GPO);
- Prepare IT workstations for new employees, including computers, email accounts, telephones, and user accounts;
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of IT equipment;
- Record and document completed tasks and support activities in the ticketing system and relevant documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Help Desk, IT Support, or System Support roles;
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server operating systems;
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Microsoft 365;
- Experience working with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Exchange Hybrid environments;
- Good knowledge of Windows File Server administration, Shared Folders, and NTFS permissions;
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi technologies;
- Experience with Fortinet solutions, including FortiGate, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP;
- Experience with the 3CX IP PBX system;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of VMware ESXi;
- Knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication;
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, WSUS, SCCM/MECM, and Group Policy (GPO);
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a high level of responsibility;
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and a commitment to continuous professional development;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, advanced technical English, and working proficiency in Russian.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator);
- Fortinet certifications (FCA/FCF or NSE);
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification;
- ITIL Foundation certification;
- CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification;
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
