Role Description

• At Wemark, we are actively integrating artificial intelligence and workflow automation into both our internal operations and client solutions. As an AI Automation Engineer, your mission will be to design and build intelligent automation systems that improve efficiency, reduce repetitive work, and unlock new digital capabilities across the company.
• You will work with workflow automation platforms such as n8n and combine them with modern AI technologies, APIs, and agentic systems to create scalable automations, AI assistants, and interconnected workflows.
• This role requires someone who is not only technically capable, but also deeply curious about the future of AI, autonomous systems, and product innovation. We are looking for a builder - someone excited to experiment, prototype, and develop practical AI-driven solutions together with us.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain workflow automations using platforms such as n8n.
• Design AI-powered workflows integrating LLMs, APIs, CRMs, messaging systems, and third-party platforms.
• Develop and experiment with agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows.
• Automate internal operations, reporting systems, and repetitive business processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to develop AI-driven solutions for clients and internal ventures.
• Research and test emerging AI tools, frameworks, and automation technologies.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency of automation systems.
• Document workflows and establish automation best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation logic.
• Strong interest and practical knowledge in agentic AI systems and AI workflows.
• Experience working with LLMs and AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar.
• Basic understanding of databases, JavaScript, Python, or backend logic is a strong advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and experiment with new technologies.
