Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure employee records are accurate and payroll data is processed in compliance with local laws and company policies, including preparing reports on work hours, leave balances, and headcount.
- Manage and register vacation balances, vacation orders, sick leaves, unpaid leaves, and other absence documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions for the assigned employee group.
- Create and maintain complete personnel records in databases, personnel files, EMAS, and related platforms.
- Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Track and support new employees during their probationary period.
- Generate HR reports, analytics, and dashboards to support management decisions.
- Support strategic HR initiatives, including learning and development, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs
- Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and facilitating conflict resolution in line with company policies.
- Administer and act as primary contact for employee benefits (mobile communication, discounts, insurance programs, transportation, etc.).
- Coordinate issuance of employee bank accounts and salary cards.
- Perform other HR and payroll-related tasks assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, recruitment, and other core HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in preparing HR documentation, reports, and employee records.
- Strong understanding of payroll inputs, employee benefits, leave management etc.
Technical Skills:
- Experience working with HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, assessment tools, and performance management systems.
Core Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and good command of English is required.
- Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
