Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Set timeline structures aligned with contract requirements, deliverables, and milestones.
• Break down project scope into clear activities for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Create and update CPM networks, bar charts, and time-phased schedules.
• Review construction methods to confirm logical sequencing and workflow.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site teams, and subcontractors to collect durations and dependencies.
• Gather and integrate manpower, equipment, and material data into the schedule.
• Monitor progress against the baseline and identify risks, slippages, and critical path issues.
• Perform schedule variance analysis and support development of acceleration or recovery plans.
• Deliver routine schedule updates, dashboards, and performance reports to management.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide time-related insights for decision-making.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, look-ahead plans, and performance summaries.
• Maintain accurate records of schedule updates, assumptions, and progress data for claims and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Planning Engineer in construction or project-based environments.
• Technical Skills - Primavera (P6), MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office
• Strong understanding of project management processes.
• Skilled in analyzing project data, identifying risks, and recommending recovery actions.
• Effective communicator and team coordinator.
• Language Proficiency - Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (intermediate) is required.
