Our Construction & Fit-out Team, managed by experienced engineers and supervisors can carry out works in record period. This is particularly true when Workplace Interiors oversees complete scope and manages all process internally from design to procurement, planning and construction.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement company sales strategy by keeping, developing existing customers and acquiring new customers. Communicating, maintaining, and developing client relationships
  • Establish goals that align with and promote Company quality and Customer expectation.
  • Prepare for the visit/negotiation, build network by seeking further connections, and hold negotiation
  • Gather information during negotiation, assess client’s needs, and introduce Company’s products and the possible solutions to the problem arisen.
  • In case of a proposal, upon customer’s request, present the proposal or hold further negotiations
  • Plan the strategy regarding customers with the aim of developing the customer relationship. 
  • Prepare a forecast based on potentials explored in the customer.
  • Keep regular contact with existing customers (inform them about Company events, seek negotiation situations, gather information about the customer).
  • Meeting clients, generating leads, closing deals
  • Working overachieving quarterly, and yearly sales plan

Required skills/experience:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively and collaboratively in teams to meet shared goals and deadlines, and foster cross-functional partnerships 
  • Confident and highly self-motivated.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages. 
  • At least 5-years sales experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to problem-solve and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with team members.
  • Strong communication skills and a quick learner, result oriented.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Management.
