Qualification and experience:

• University degree in Chinese Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) is required
• Fluency in English is compulsory (the program is delivered in English)
• Teaching experience is desirable
• Teaching certificates are desirable
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of various modern teaching methods

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom lessons and coursework in an engaging and structured manner
• Prepare instructional materials, lesson plans, and learning activities
• Assign homework and meaningful learning tasks
• Identify students with special academic needs and develop individualized learning plans
• Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and other evaluative tools
• Provide constructive feedback based on students’ progress and classroom participation
• Communicate with parents regarding student performance when necessary
• Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to support a positive learning environment
• Perform teacher duties according to the school schedule and expectations
