We are seeking a Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for our teams at Bioderma Azerbaijan. This role is key in ensuring that medical, pharmacy, sales, and marketing personnel are equipped with up-to-date product knowledge, scientific insights, and effective selling skills. You will collaborate closely with pharmacists and cosmetics sales advisors on the field to design engaging and impactful learning initiatives that drive performance and brand’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, organize, and deliver training programs for pharmacy and cosmetics chains’ personnel, sales representatives, medical teams, and internal staff. 
• Coordinate onboarding and continuous education sessions at pharmacies to ensure all pharmacy chains’ staff stay current with product knowledge and industry trends
• Design and update training materials, presentations, and e-learning content aligned with corporate standards
• Assess training needs through regular performance evaluations and feedback
• Plan and facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions, both in-person and virtual
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements
• Manage training schedules and logistics, ensuring smooth program delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training management, preferably in pharmaceuticals, dermo-cosmetics, or OTC.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
• Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken)
