Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales of inbound logistics services;
  • Identify and engage potential corporate and retail clients to expand the company’s customer portfolio;
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions;
  • Prepare and deliver commercial offers, negotiate terms and close contracts;
  • Record and monitor all sales activities and client interactions in CRM;
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments;
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales;
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding is preferred but not mandatory — we value sales drive, communication skills and a result-oriented mindset;
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems;
  • Fluent in Russian; English – at least intermediate level.”

Working conditions:

  • Work schedule: 09:00–18:00;
  • Salary: 2000–2500 AZN + performance bonus;
