Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales of inbound logistics services;
- Identify and engage potential corporate and retail clients to expand the company’s customer portfolio;
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions;
- Prepare and deliver commercial offers, negotiate terms and close contracts;
- Record and monitor all sales activities and client interactions in CRM;
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments;
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales;
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding is preferred but not mandatory — we value sales drive, communication skills and a result-oriented mindset;
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems;
- Fluent in Russian; English – at least intermediate level.”

- Work schedule: 09:00–18:00;
- Salary: 2000–2500 AZN + performance bonus;
