- Process new, lost and expired ID cards, name badges, medical cards.
- Ensure that all colleague letter requests are processed within 3 working days.
- Generate status change letters in line with approved status change forms.
- Coordinate colleague medical examination appointments for new joiners Pre employment and post-employment (medical checks for food handlers)
- Maintain up to date disciplinary action records
- Coordinate exit interview bookings and associated data entry.
- Coordinate and maintain colleague communication initiatives (designated noticeboards, posters etc)
- Organize and requisition HR stationery supplies.
- Maintain supply of HR forms.
- Support colleagues with basic HR-related requests, such as accommodation or timesheet queries, maintain a customer service oriented and supportive HR function.
Tələblər
- Professional level of Azerbaijani, English (Russian would be a plus)
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in hospitality field is preferrable
