Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter (Contract)to support end- to-end hiring activities for our AZERBAIJAN location. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in managing volume and niche hiring requirements within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, and networking
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Adhere to recruitment SLAs and compliance requirements
  • Support bulk hiring drives and urgent closures as required

Required Skills s Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (contract / staffing / corporate hiring)
  • Hands-on experience in volume hiring and lateral hiring
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS, and job portals
  • Fluency in English is required, as all professional communication will be in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience recruiting for AZERBAIJAN or similar large-scale operations
  • Experience in contract staffing or RPO environments
  • Immediate to short notice availability

Contract Details

  • Contract-based role with potential extension based on performance
  • Fixed working hours as per business requirement
