Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Talent Lead / Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition for a 1-year contract to lead and manage recruitment operations for our Azerbaijan location. The role involves overseeing end-to-end hiring, mentoring recruiters, partnering closely with business stakeholders, and ensuring timely closures aligned with workforce plans and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned business units or projects
  • Manage and guide a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and timelines
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower plans,role requirements, and priorities
  • Drive sourcing strategies for volume, lateral, and niche roles
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratio
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance, and documentation standards
  • Act as an escalation point for hiring challenges and candidate concerns
  • Prepare and share regular recruitment dashboards and status reports
  • Support workforce planning, hiring drives, and ramp-up requirements

Required Skills s Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with atleast 1–2 years in a lead or AM role
  • Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and team handling
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English is required, as all professional communication will be in English.
  • Proficiency in ATS, job portals, and recruitment analytics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience handling regional or international hiring
  • Experience in contract staffing, RPO, or project-based hiring
  • Immediate to short notice availability
