Job responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction for the “E-Governance” graduate course.
- Hold regular office hours (virtual or in-person) to support student learning.
- Administer all coursework and examinations and submit final grades in accordance with university deadlines.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree (for Adjunct Instructor) or a Ph.D. (for Adjunct Assistant Professor) in Public Administration, Public Policy, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated professional or academic expertise in the field of e-governance, digital transformation, or public sector technology.
- Preferably prior teaching experience, especially at the graduate level.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
