Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the needed items, devices, reagents, solutions, etc. for the experiments beforehand and control the cleaning of laboratories after completing the work;
• Keep all three laboratories in order;
• Help supervise students during the experiments both to provide the needed support and for safety reasons;
• Be available in the laboratory, so if any student could not complete the work with the class, (s)he is able to do it the other day;
• Assist/control those experiments which take more than one lesson to complete;
• Be responsible for the receipt of the items ordered for laboratories;
• Upon the request of the Head of SD and/or School Principal, liase with vendors to track the lab order implementation;
• Constantly monitor the equipment and reagents and inform teachers and Head of SD about any changes needed;
• Fill in and track the submission of the Lab Equipment Borrow and Return Form when students and/or instructors need to borrow lab items for the out-of-school activities;
• Aid in the implementation of the activities within the Science Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Natural sciences;
• Excellent proficiency in English;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani language is a must. 
• Responsibility; 
• Good communication skills;
• Being able to work as a team member.
