Objective:
- Drive business growth through successful marketing strategies
Marketing strategy:
- Lead brand consistency and manage brand identity across all channels
- Provide marketing goals and objectives that align with the overall business objectives
- Provide a social media roadmap for the brand's positioning
- Participate in implementing specific projects and procedures to align the workforce with the strategic goals
- Align 360 marketing strategies with offline sides and stakeholders
Creative management:
- Lead and execute the process for creating the content plan
- Lead and execute the process for creating the style of video content
- Lead and execute the process of briefing for creating the UX/UI style
- Provide the process of determining the release of creative work across all digital channels
- Lead and execute of creation blogs, articles and s. text contents.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Provide and accept the concept, creatives with internal and externals
Administrative:
- Create marketing reporting
- Analysis and audit the result of marketing report
- Lead and provide brand and companies KPI’s
Offline marketing:
- Provide and lead the process of briefing for procurement issues
- Lead the process of creating of promotional materials list
- Lead the process of creating design for outdoor placement
- Lead the process of creating design or script for promoting on TV and radio
- Provide process of offline/online marketing events
Digital activities:
- Lead and execute digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
- Manage digital advertising efforts, content optimization and social media advertising.
- Lead and execute the optimization of the advertising process
- Lead the process of improving SEO
- Provide the procedure for working with email marketing
- Approve the process of communicating and cooperating with influencers
- Provide the process of partnership with external digital channels, partners, organizations, etc.
- Lead and execute of CRM process (replying to customer feedbacks, needs and requests)
Required Qualifications:
Background:
- 3+ years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Management/ Business)
Technical skills:
- Fluency in Azerbaijani
- Fluency in English
- MS Office package
Soft skills:
- Business ethics
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Expertise:
- Data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to understand the brand's vision & lead high-performing marketing strategy
- Client Journeys, Channels & Funnels
- Working experience with website admin panel
Working Conditions:
- Full-time office-based position
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 9-6,
- Peak application seasons may require additional hours
