Position Overview 

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to convert inbound leads into enrolled students. This role focuses on consultative sales, guiding students and parents through the decision-making process and closing service agreements. 

You will be responsible for managing leads, conducting consultations, following up consistently, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and trust. 

Key Responsibilities – Sales & Lead Conversion 

  • Handle inbound leads from calls, messages, and walk-ins 
  • Conduct initial consultations with students and parents 
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate study abroad options 
  • Clearly explain services, processes, pricing, and timelines 
  • Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline 
  • Convert qualified leads into signed clients 
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets 

Client Relationship Management 

  • Build trust-based relationships with students and parents 
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and outcomes 
  • Provide timely updates and guidance throughout the sales process 
  • Coordinate closely with counselors and operations teams after conversion 

Internal Coordination 

  • You’ll work closely with customer care, counselors, and operations to ensure a smooth handover after sales and a consistent client experience.

Required Qualifications 

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, consulting, or client-facing roles 
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills 
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian 
  • Comfortable handling objections and closing deals 
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and disciplined 
  • Experience in education, services, or consulting is a plus 

Working Conditions 

  • Full-time, office-based 
  • Monday–Friday 10:00–18:00, Saturday 10:00–12:00
