Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to convert inbound leads into enrolled students. This role focuses on consultative sales, guiding students and parents through the decision-making process and closing service agreements.
You will be responsible for managing leads, conducting consultations, following up consistently, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and trust.
Key Responsibilities – Sales & Lead Conversion
- Handle inbound leads from calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Conduct initial consultations with students and parents
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate study abroad options
- Clearly explain services, processes, pricing, and timelines
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Client Relationship Management
- Build trust-based relationships with students and parents
- Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and outcomes
- Provide timely updates and guidance throughout the sales process
- Coordinate closely with counselors and operations teams after conversion
Internal Coordination
- You’ll work closely with customer care, counselors, and operations to ensure a smooth handover after sales and a consistent client experience.

Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, consulting, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
- Comfortable handling objections and closing deals
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and disciplined
- Experience in education, services, or consulting is a plus
Working Conditions
- Full-time, office-based
- Monday–Friday 10:00–18:00, Saturday 10:00–12:00
