We are seeking a business-focused, data-driven Product Manager to lead a subscription-based SaaS product, targeting a global customer base. In this highly competitive market, we are looking for someone who can combine product strategy, user insights, and business analytics to drive product growth and deliver measurable results.
This role is ideal for someone with strong business instincts, a product mindset, and a passion for building scalable SaaS products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful value to customers.
Job responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, take ownership for main product KPIs and OKRs
- Manage and track progress across multiple technical projects/initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities, market needs, and user problems to guide product development.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver impactful product features, while maintaining team health
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), develop roadmaps, and guide the team through key milestones
- Translate product strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, and product requirements.
- Use data, analytics, and user insights to make informed product decisions.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics. Drive decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis and AB testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product initiatives and company objectives.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new features and product improvements.
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, product usage, user behavior, market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen the product’s market position.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in IT/software product development.
- You can work effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles to get stuff done, and are able to thoughtfully and constructively challenge and influence the people you work with
- Strategic thinking and roadmap development: Proven ability to develop and drive product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives
- Strong understanding of subscription-based SaaS business models, including pricing, retention, and monetization strategies.
- Being able to ground the thinking in data, facts and insights but are equally comfortable making decisions quickly if/when the complete/ideal data is unavailable
- Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality - start up experience a plus while capable of operating in a larger organization
- Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback/market needs into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with engineering teams.
- Highly collaborative and results oriented
- Fluent English and Azerbaijani, both written and spoken.

Working hours:
- You’ll be working 5 days a week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (13:00-14:00 lunch time). Four days will be based in the office, and one day (Friday) you can work from home
