Sales & Business Development Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Business Development Team Lead to join our growing team.

The main objective of the role is to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales team while driving sustainable revenue growth and building strong, long-term partner relationships.

This role combines hands-on commercial execution with people management, analytics, and process improvement.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & BD team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Conduct regular 1-to-1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Drive revenue growth across existing and new partners and markets.
  • Support complex negotiations and key partner relationships.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and forecast revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and oversee business development initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies
  • Improve sales processes, internal workflows, and team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, operations, and management teams.
  • Oversee revenue reporting, planning and collection.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and team efficiency.

Skills and abilities:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or business development, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance management.
  • High analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, Reporting, Dashboards).
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to coach, develop, and inspire team members.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Resilient, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English (Russian is a plus).
  • Confident in working with senior stakeholders and client groups.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and highly responsible.
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Working hours:

  • You’ll be working 5 days a week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (13:00-14:00 lunch time). Four days will be based in the office, and one day (Friday) you can work from home.
  • Lunch break: 13:00–14:00
