Responsibilities:

  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
  • Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  • Help draft and edit the contract templates
  • Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, and other legal correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence
  • Collaborate with other members of the team and cross-functional departments to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality legal services

What you need to know and have:

  • A sound command of written and spoken proficiency in English
  • Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Organizational skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
  • Contract formation, preparation, negotiation, review, and drafting skills
  • Identifies key risk areas in a contract
  • Contract drafting and negotiation
