Responsibilities:
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Help draft and edit the contract templates
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, and other legal correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence
- Collaborate with other members of the team and cross-functional departments to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality legal services
What you need to know and have:
- A sound command of written and spoken proficiency in English
- Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
- Experience with MS Office
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Organizational skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
- Contract formation, preparation, negotiation, review, and drafting skills
- Identifies key risk areas in a contract
- Contract drafting and negotiation
