We are currently recruiting for the Office Manager & PA position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and personal support to senior management
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and administration of contracts and agreements
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and databases
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are properly maintained
- Arrange and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for directors and guests
- Welcome and assist guests during meetings and visits to the office
The candidate will possess:
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident computer skills (MS Office, email, basic administrative tools)
- Responsible, attentive, and able to handle confidential information
- Able to work independently and take initiative when needed

Conditions:
- Working hours: 5/2, 10:00–17:00
- Basic salary: 900 AZN (bonuses may apply)
