Summary:
As a IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide data-driven insights to enhance our products and services. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving improvements and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and map existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases for new features and enhancements.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in the creation of user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate requirements effectively.
- Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they deliver the expected benefits.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our products and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 1+ years of hands-on experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, BPMN, and UML.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in software development or database management is preferred.
- Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration processes.
- Experience working within an Agile framework.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
