Carry out HR operations through EMAS and ISB portals.
Register, update, and terminate employment records in ERP systems.
Prepare HR-related orders, letters, and reports in accordance with internal procedures.
Ensure accurate data entry and regular updates of employee information in ERP systems.
Timely record all changes related to employees’ positions, salaries, and other key indicators.
Monitor probation periods and contract expiry dates, initiating necessary actions promptly.
Manage annual leave registrations and approvals in ERP systems.
Record sick leaves, paid/unpaid leaves, and other absences accurately.
Reflect business trips, temporary incapacity for work, and similar cases in ERP systems.
Prepare and submit HR documents in line with state authority requirements.
Develop and maintain vacation schedules and ensure proper record-keeping.
Maintain and organize personnel files, data, and HR documentation.
Prepare and register reference letters and HR correspondence.
Support and initiate projects related to company culture and organizational change.
Prepare HR reports as requested by management and perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Tələblər

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and labor relations.
Excellent working knowledge of EMAS and SAP systems.
Excellent command of MS Office applications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations.
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and data confidentiality.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Language proficiency: Azerbaijani (required), English (intermediate), Russian (preferred).
