Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Specialist in container shipping to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our logistics and freight forwarding services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the client base in container shipping (FCL/LCL)
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with customers
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in freight forwarding or container shipping sales
• Strong knowledge of international logistics and supply chain processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English (Russian is a strong advantage)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Customer-oriented mindset
