Who We’re Looking For:
A skilled marketer with a proven track record in digital campaigns, content strategy, and brand growth in B2B/B2C sectors. You’ll take ownership of campaign execution and help drive ALCO’s international digital presence.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proven knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media strategy
- Strong skills in content writing, campaign planning, and analytics
- Basic design/video editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe, CapCut) is a plus
- Excellent communication in English and Azerbaijani (Russian is a bonus)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube,
- Coordinate with designers and content creators
- Analyze campaign data and optimize performance
- Develop strategies for both B2B and B2C global markets
