What Role You Will Play in Our Team

As a member of ALCO’s sales team, you will be a key player in driving the company’s global sales strategy. You will work closely with clients and distributors across our vast market, contributing to the continued growth of ALCO LLC. You will be instrumental in helping us maintain and strengthen our position as one of the leading exporters in the industry.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across 52 countries, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
• Actively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our global market presence.
• Work closely with our marketing and product development teams to align customer needs with the best solutions ALCO has to offer.
• Participate in negotiations and presentations to key clients, ensuring both company and customer success.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure ALCO LLC remains competitive on a global scale.
• Contribute to an energetic and supportive team that values innovation and collaboration.

About You

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• New university graduates are encouraged to apply, and no prior work experience is required.
• Preference will be given to graduates from top universities in Azerbaijan.
• Candidates with a strong academic track record, including high university entrance exam results or notable performance during their university years, will be highly regarded.
