Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the organization of events and conferences of AHK Azerbaijan
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of business delegation visits and other activities
  • Providing support to various departments of AHK Azerbaijan
  • Conducting address and market research, including identifying potential business partners
  • Maintaining and updating AHK Azerbaijan's contact database
  • Performing translation tasks
  • Carrying out general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Degree studies in economics, political science, marketing, or related fields
  • Preference given to master’s students or final-year undergraduates
  • Ability to work independently, strong teamwork and communication skills, and flexibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Excellent written and spoken Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of German is an asset
  • Confident in preparing presentations
  • Digital literacy, including familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT
