Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting in the organization of events and conferences of AHK Azerbaijan
- Supporting the planning and implementation of business delegation visits and other activities
- Providing support to various departments of AHK Azerbaijan
- Conducting address and market research, including identifying potential business partners
- Maintaining and updating AHK Azerbaijan's contact database
- Performing translation tasks
- Carrying out general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Degree studies in economics, political science, marketing, or related fields
- Preference given to master’s students or final-year undergraduates
- Ability to work independently, strong teamwork and communication skills, and flexibility
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Excellent written and spoken Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of German is an asset
- Confident in preparing presentations
- Digital literacy, including familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT
