We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the consulting or professional services industry, exceptional analytical skills, and fluency in English (both written and spoken). Job Description

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and filing processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Provide financial insight to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.
• Develop and improve accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, especially in a project-driven environment typical of consulting/service firms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the consulting, advisory, or service industry.
• Strong command of English – both written and verbal – is required.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., 1C, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
