We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Training and Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with the company’s strategic goals. 

Responsibilities

• Identifying training needs through job analysis, employee feedback, and consultation with department heads.
• Conducting Training and Development Needs Analysis to identify key areas for employee skill enhancement.
• Designing and implementing a structured, company-wide learning approach to enhance employee skills and development.
• Developing and managing training budgets, ensuring effective planning, cost control, and reporting.
• Creating and delivering engaging training materials, including training, evaluation, and case study designs, e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals.
• Organizing and conducting training sessions for employees at all levels.
• Partnering with external training providers when specialized expertise is required.
• Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Continuously improving training content and delivery methods based on evaluation results.
• Supporting career development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership programs.
• Maintaining accurate training records and preparing reports for management review.

Requirements

• Higher education (BA or MSc in HR, Business Relations, Organizational Development, or related field is preferrable); 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting; 
• CIPD, SHRM or other certifications are advantage; 
• Experience in designing and managing structured learning frameworks or talent development programs; 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; 
• Proficiency in e-learning platforms and tools; 
• Proficiency with MS 365 Sharepoint; 
• Numerical ability;  
• Learning drive; 
• Intiative; 
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
