About the Role:

We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Front Office Agent to be the welcoming face of our new luxury residence in the heart of Baku. This is not a typical front desk role, it’s an opportunity to be part of a world-class residential experience that mirrors the elegance and personalized care of a 5-star hotel.

You will act as the primary point of contact for residents and their guests, ensuring every arrival, departure, and daily interaction is smooth, warm, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and guests with poise and professionalism
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes using a property management system (PMS)
  • Respond to inquiries and service requests promptly and effectively via phone, email, or in person
  • Manage guest registrations, visitor logs, and security protocols
  • Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, maintenance, and external service partners
  • Assist with billing, payment processing, and basic financial reporting
  • Anticipate resident needs and go above and beyond to provide tailored solutions
  • Always uphold the property’s brand standards and luxury service values
  • Prepare shift handovers and keep detailed logs for smooth communication

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or guest services in a 5-star hotel or luxury residence
  • Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar Property Management Systems
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani and English
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Well-groomed, energetic, and emotionally intelligent team player
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail and utmost discretion when dealing with VIP residents.
  • A genuine passion for service and hospitality
