About the Role:

Flame Residence is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Manager to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.

Conditions:

• Reports to: Residanse Manager
• Property Type: Flame Towers - Luxury Residential Building
• Location: Baku - Flame Towers

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise housekeeping operations
• Maintain cleanliness standards in common areas and shared facilities
• Develop cleaning schedules and quality control systems
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff
• Manage inventory, cleaning supplies, and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and audits
• Coordinate with Front Office and Technical teams
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping management (hotel/residence preferred)
• English language proficiency required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and hygiene regulations
• Ability to manage teams and workflows effectively
• High level of service orientation and professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and utmost discretion when dealing with VIP residents.
• A genuine passion for service and hospitality
