About the Role:
Flame Residence is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Manager to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
Conditions:
- Reports to: Residanse Manager
- Property Type: Flame Towers - Luxury Residential Building
- Location: Baku - Flame Towers
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise housekeeping operations
- Maintain cleanliness standards in common areas and shared facilities
- Develop cleaning schedules and quality control systems
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff
- Manage inventory, cleaning supplies, and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and audits
- Coordinate with Front Office and Technical teams
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping management (hotel/residence preferred)
- English language proficiency required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and hygiene regulations
- Ability to manage teams and workflows effectively
- High level of service orientation and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and utmost discretion when dealing with VIP residents.
- A genuine passion for service and hospitality
