Anglo American Development Company LTD is looking for a Personal Assistant to Director with a previous experience in office work
Job Description:
- Assisting Director of the company in daily work
- Managing office files
- Working with suppliers and order placing
- Translating files from English to Azeri or from Azeri to English as needed
- Scanning files and organizing office folders
- Coordination of daily tasks and manager’s instructions among the team
Job Requirements:
- Office work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Azeri and English
- Computer skills and good knowledge of office programs
- Dedicated team player
- Being detail oriented and good problem solver
- Being able to work in a team and under deadlines
Five times a week work schedule from 09.00 to 18.00.
