Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the executive
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact and communicate on behalf of the executive
- Translate and interpret (verbal/written) between English, Russian, and Turkish when required
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare reports, emails, and official correspondence
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Turkish – both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Discretion, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks
- University degree is an advantage
